Valerie, I am a fan of the old MTM shows and Mary, although great. you were my fantasy, real like sister. I have followed you through the years and am so proud of all your work. This sppears to be your finest accomplishment ever and I am so proud. Regardless of the current economy situation, I will find a way to see you in this production. I am an HIV survivor and I still have so much to live for. I just watched you on Joy Behar and it gave me chills. This is a great part for you. A dedicated fan from day one...Mike Tucker.

I just saw Ms. Harper on the Joy Behar Show and felt compelled to write. She looks amazing! I know that might sound really shallow but it is so true. Lively, engaging, smart and funny can also be used to describe her. I just wanted to say bravo. Also, as a gay man, I was heartened to hear her support our fight for equality of marriage and military service. From the bottom of my hear, thank you.

Valerie:
thank you for sharing your wonderful talent with us, I still remember the MTM episode when Rhoda won the beauty contest. As a teenager who felt I would never be a beauty queen either, you made me cheer for all us girls out there who really were beautiful....inside.

Loved "Looped", went alone yesterday to catch the matinee and loved it. Very poignant, I cried, but laughed too. Loved the vulgarity:) I've decided to start show-hopping. Valerie really got the Tallulah thing down. I forgot it wasn't Tallulah, Umm..the "Street-car..." was wonderful. Never knew she had such a range. Bravo!!!!

I saw "LOOPED" last night and your performance was outstanding. You captured and brought to life the over-the-top personality of Tallulah Bankhead w/ perfection.
Good luck w/ "LOOPED" and best of health & happiness. It is always a pleasure to see you perform live. YOLIE

Hi Valerie, Just wanted to tell you that I enjoyed each and every episode of Mary Tyler Moore and subsequently your own show. I grew up with a friend who constantly referred to me as being like Rhoda, and my friend being Mary. I wish you nothing but good things in life and hope that everything is good for you and your family. Thank you for listening. Liz

Hi Valerie, Just want to start by telling you, I love you to death ! I have been a fan of yours since I was a little boy, I watched you on the Mary Tyler Moore show, and of course Rhoda. I think you are a very lovely person, you have a beautiful personality. Not many celebs would give their fans the time of day on facebook. I wish so badly to be able to come back to NY and see you in Looped ! Funny, I never heard of Tallulah Bankheand until I watched an episode of the Lucy - Desi comedy hour. I saw your interview on youtube, and when you done Talullah, OMG, it scared me, You sounded exactly like her, for a minute, it looked like you went into a trance, LOL. You were always one of my top favorite celebrities I always wanted to meet in person. The only celeb I met face to face was Debbie Harry of Blondie, and the closest I ever came to Streisand , I met her niece and brother when I worked in a bank in Great Neck, NY. Bye for now Valerie, maybe someday, my wish will come true , to meet my girl Rhoda, LOL. Your true fan Eddie Mannarino

I met you a while back at the 92nd Street Y and I was struck by how down-to-earth and kind you are. I remember being introduced to you briefly along with many others in the room, and will never forget your husband Tony walking in. You remembered everybody's name and introduced everyone to him. I was AMAZED. I held your photo and you came up to me and asked if I would like you to sign it. You are SUCH a nice person and I thank you. I still watch Rhoda all the time!
